Venues can register their Covid-19 safety policies via their dedicated content management system. They can upload policies covering a number of key categories including social distancing, cleaning procedures, protection protocols and compliance with local government regulations. The system will address accommodation, meeting and dining facilities.
The relevant venue Covid-19 safety programs will be presented online via the Meetingsbooker.com platform, allowing meeting planners the opportunity to have full transparency before making their final venue choice. The program will also offer global corporate clients the option to request a “Covid safety check” prior to booking. This system will automatically request venues to load their policies in advance of final booking confirmations.
